Tribal Gift Voucher

Reservations are subject to availability and made at our discretion. Please call the contact number specified on the restaurant’s home page to secure your reservation. The purchase of a voucher does not guarantee a reservation. Vouchers can be used as full or partial payment for goods and services at Tribal or Slate. However, purchases made with vouchers are non-refundable in cash. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable in cash, and not replaceable if lost, destroyed, or stolen. Experience or deal vouchers must be presented upon arrival at Tribal & Slate and mentioned during the booking process. Vouchers purchased for specific experiences or deals can be exchanged for the detailed item or for goods and services up to the value of that experience or deal. Additional items and service charges/gratuities are not covered by experience or deal vouchers. All vouchers are redeemable exclusively at Tribal & Slate and remain valid for 6 months from the date of sale, unless otherwise indicated. Unused vouchers will be forfeited after this period with no entitlement to a refund or exchange. Advance booking is mandatory for all voucher redemptions. Vouchers for experience days are only valid with a prior booking; admittance without a booking is not permitted. Vouchers are usable for a single transaction only; any remaining balance is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited. Vouchers can only be purchased through the Tribal & Slate online platform. The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
